Giant Egg

A giant egg has been found at the Garden of Eden! The double-yolker egg was found last Thursday in the chicken coop by Keith. Story and photos by Heather.



The Giant Egg!

Eden is a satellite project of Banff Day Services. Originally it was a Victorian walled garden with
glasshouses, supplying fruits to Eden House, which employed six full-time gardeners. Over the years the garden had a number of different owners each with their own ideas about the garden. During the last few years however the garden has been allowed to return to nature with the aid of a newly formed Trust - Banff Day Services has begun work afresh in their garden. The long–term goal is to restore the gardens and glasshouses to their former glory , using sympathetic and eco-friendly systems, wherever possible whilst utilising modern techniques and technology.
