In Harry's news this week, there has been an shooting massacre and bombing in Norway were 91 people were killed. They were killed by alone gunman and bomber Anders Behring Breivik who is our right wing supremacist. He put an bomb outside the Norwegian parliament buildings when it went off killing 7 people. Then he went on an shooting rampage on a Labour party school for young people on the island of Utoya killing 84 people before he was finilly arrested by the police. Lots of people in Norway were in mouring of those who were killed in the shooting and bombing massacre.

In Harry's news this week, the British newspaper news of the world has been forced to close after a huge phone hacking sancdal. It is said that the news of the world journalists hack into famous people's,victims of crime and dead soliers families phones so they can get a story for their newspaper. Rupert Murdoch the owner of the news of the world was going to buy Bskyb from sky, but the sale has being delayed due to the phone hacking sancdal. Rupert Murdoch is now losing lots of money due to the news of the world closing down.

In other news, Prince Willaim and Kate have begin visiting Canada for their honeymoon. They were met by huge crowds welcoming their visit to Canada. They went visiting to lots of places in Canada and they might be visiting America in the coming days.

Ed garrett and Capacity Building

Ed Garrett, from the Healthy Living Network, met with some of the older BDS Team to discuss services for older people in our area. Everyone had a chance to put their voice across and all felt it was a very beneficial experience. Ed will return to banff in the next couple opf months to hold another meeting at Doo'Cot View. Anyone interested should contact Emma in the computing room.

We went to the Portsoy boat festival. With my mum cousin and her husband. My uncle Jack and my aunty Mavis. I went in my electric chair from my house in Murray Place to the park at Loch Soy. There was lot of sales tables cakes and some drinks. They had hot dog and burger vans also ice creams some birds of prey e.g. snowy owls, falcons, eagles, ect. On Sunday we went to the Harbour, there was boat races and yacht races. I would have liked to see the salmon bothy but there was no wheelchair access which was very dissappointing. I had an icecream and a flake.which I bought from a stall.

In Harry's news this week, the public sector workers and protesters in England and Wales went on strike yestnesday due to the government thinking of cutting pensions from the public sector workers. Lots of schools were closed and lots of airplanes, trains and buses way delayed due to the workers going on strike yestnesday. The public sector protesters are still planning to have more strikes in the weeks to come, even though the government wants the protesters to stop protesting about the cuts.

In other news, in Syria the protesters are still protesting against the government their and they want a leader to run the country. The Syrian Presient says nothing is going on in his country, but that's not true because people have being killed by the Syrian army for protesting against the government and people have fled to Turkey to aviod getting killed by the Syrian army.
