i dont agree with Martin from the green tree about his bit about all Chefs offshore are cowbays and they serve canteen food, i worked for over 20 years as a Chef Manager and yes there are a few cowboys but there are a lot of first class Chefs. yes there are cut backs but if you have a good team the chefs can serve up very nice meals - Alan Gove
