My name is Jade Victoria Buchan I am a student at Banff and Buchan and I am going into my 3rd year I have done catering course before I have finished for the holidays. I have really enjoyed coming to Banff Day Services. I have also been working at the Boyndie Visitor Centre in the kitchen with Kathleen Lemon and Dougie Hay, Adrianne Forsyth. I make sandwiches, baked potatoes, soup, macaroni and cheese, stovies, fish and poached eggs. I help to put away the dishes and wash up and load dishwasher.
